In February 2018, our client, a 38 year old woman, was driving when her vehicle was sideswiped by a truck that was spraying water onto the roadway for the purpose of “dust-control” in connection to the excavating construction at a nearby location.  Despite his clear fault in causing the accident, the truck driver irresponsibly ran away from the scene of the accident (later identified by the hard work of a police officer).
