In March of 2018, our client, a 56-year-old woman, was slowing down and coming to a stop in traffic when her vehicle was rear-ended by the vehicle that had been traveling behind her. Like other rear-end auto accidents, the at-fault driver was following too closely at an unsafe speed causing the accident.

As a result of the accident, our client suffered significant injuries to her shoulder, neck, and lower back which required her to undergo substantial medical treatment including, but not limited to, arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and multiple epidural injections to the neck and lower back.

The at-fault driver’s auto insurance company refused to tender its insurance policy ($100,000) despite the clear liability on the part of its insured that caused significant injuries to our client. Instead, the insurance company tried in every chance they get to downplay our client’s injuries in an attempt to make our client compromise for less.

With an unwavering commitment to maximizing our client’s recovery, Song | Park, LLP aggressively and relentlessly continued its work. Steve J. Park, Esq. and Lana A. Song, Esq., partners at Song | Park, LLP, ultimately procured a settlement in the amount of $100,000 (full policy limit) on behalf of our injured client.
